The PS40-3P Day/Night Tactical Kit w/Leupold Mark 4 3.5-10x40mm Riflescope from ATN mates the excellence of the PS40-3P night vision optic with the high performance of the Leupold Mark 4 LR/T 3.5-10x40mm riflescope. The night vision device mounts in front of the Leupold Mark 4 riflescope enabling nighttime vision through its 3P generation intensifier tube. The 3P designation indicates that a Pinnacle image intensifier tube is being provided. The Pinnacle image tube utilizes a gated power supply for outstanding performance in high-light or light-polluted areas, such as urban environments. All the hardware needed for mounting and mating is included.

Configured with an 80mm f/1.4 catadioptric lens and a 40mm output window, the PS40-3A provides night vision capability for daytime riflescopes. A removable IR450 infrared illuminator is included for those situations where there is little or no ambient light. The kit includes a quick release mount which allows the PS40 to be attached or unattached to the rifle with an easy and smooth motion so that there is no shifting due to impact and no need to re-zero; no change of eye relief occurs. This night vision system features a 3A generation intensifier tube that is rated to deliver 64-72 lp/mm of resolution with a typical s/n ratio of 24, and an automatic brightness control for enhanced imaging capability. It is nitrogen filled fogproof and waterproof to 32.8' / 10m for 30 minutes.
