The Iomega 5-Year Enhanced Service Plus Plan provides 3 years of standard warranty plus 2 years of additional warranty as well as technical support via phone or email for your px4-300r network storage array. Technical assistance in English is available 24 x 7; languages other than English are available only during business hours. You can expect a reply to your email query within 4 hours.
Software patches and upgrades released at regular intervals by the Technical Support team will keep your system updated and free from bugs. You can also contact Iomega for replacement of advanced device and parts or operating system related queries. Also included in the Service Plan is web-based support, access to Iomega’s knowledge base, and getting started software support.
