RCA's Powerlink Internet Media Kit is an elegant, seamless way to stream Internet content onto your Ethernet-supported TV or device. This kit comes with two HDP50 Powerlink Internet Media Units that each fit into a standard AC wall outlet. Because both units are outfitted with a fast Ethernet port, you can plug one in a socket near your modem or router and another near your Internet-capable TV or device. Thereafter, connect an Ethernet cable from the modem to the wall unit, and then connect an Ethernet cable from the other unit to your Ethernet-enabled HD TV or device. These units transfer data at a rate of up to 200Mbps and can work over a distance of 200 meters of AC wire in your home or office. Whether your TV is in the same room as your modem or more than a couple of rooms over, this device is an exceptional, elegant way to stream content without the problems that come with elaborate cabling or wireless routers.

Comments about RCA Powerlink Internet Media Kit:

Nobody likes alot of wires running around their house and if you don't have ethernet cables ran through your house you need this product. It runs the internet through your power lines. I bought two packs which gives me three ports. Do you wish Directv had wireless boxes? With this product you can connect your cable box the the Internet.
