The 6871.60 Underwater Housing with Canon EOS Rebel T3i Camera B&H Kit from Ikelite enables you to shoot underwater with your Canon digital camera. The underwater housing accesses all camera functions except for diopter adjustment and can be used safely at a depth of 200'. A large zoom control knob can be comfortably reached without removing your hand from the handle, as can the recording stop / start control for shooting video. At the touch of a button, you can easily attach and release mounting arms using the release handles with comfortable rubber grips. Removing two 12/24 screws will free the handle and tray assembly for transport and storage. The 1/4"-20 threaded mount atop the housing enables the attachment of a focus light or other accessory.

The housing's size and weight provide slightly negative buoyancy in freshwater. An assortment of interchangeable lens ports (not included) allows use of most macro, wide-angle, and zoom lenses. Ikelite uses a simple and reliable 4-point locking system to attach lens ports to the housing. This fail-safe assembly consists of one sliding lock in each corner around the opening that accepts the port. The TTL conversion circuitry in the housing works perfectly with all current model Ikelite DS Substrobes. The Super-Eye magnifier provides enhanced visibility of the camera's viewfinder for times when you're wearing a diving mask. The back of the housing offers a clear view of the camera's large LCD screen. For framing your photos using the camera's LCD screen, the live preview feature of the camera is accessible.
