Digidesign ReVibe - Reverb Modeling Plug-In (HD Accel Only)

ReVibe from Avid is a room-modeling TDM plug-in designed to take advantage of the processing capabilities of HD Accel PCI cards. The 96kHz capable, full-featured mono, stereo and surround reverb plug-in features nine reverb algorithms, combined with hundreds of room reflection models. With its intuitive user interface and detailed controls, ReVibe handles nearly any reverberation task with ease.

The software's ability to accurately represent a room's sound or ambience enables it to offer highly-detailed models of a number of real spaces as well as springs and plates. Its Room Modeling algorithms allow combinations of different room reflections and coloration with Interactive displays used throughout the plug-in to make it even easier to visualize and edit reverb characteristics.

ReVibe supports up to 5.1 Pro Tools multi-channel formats, and includes independent reverb, early reflection, and level controls for the rear channels. Rear-channel reverb controls may also be used in mono or stereo instances, providing more presence and density to the reverb character. Early reflections and room coloration are adjusted via a single control called Room Type. Reverb EQ and Reverb Color have been combined into a single interactive graph that accurately displays the frequency and gain of the EQ and coloration.
