This 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 Reducer Bushing from Oben allows you to convert any standard 3/8"-16 thread for the insertion of a standard 1/4"-20 screw. This way you can, for instance, mount a professional-style head with a 3/8"-16 threaded hole on a tripod that has a 1/4"-20 screw.
The bushing is a replacement part for Oben heads, and it will work with all Oben monopods and tripods also.

Comments about Oben 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 Reducer Bushing:
I use the 3/8 -16 to 1/4-20 adapter with a 3/8 -16 to 5/8-27 adapter. The two, in combination allow a standard American mic clip to be mounted on a standard American tripod or camera mount.
The adapter is well made. is nicely machined and fits snugly.

Comments about Oben 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 Reducer Bushing:
I purchased a Manfroto head for a set of legs that were given to me, however I didn't realize the legs used a different mounting screw from the head. Fortunately this bushing fit perfect to both the head and the tripod.
