The Cydle 8GB 7" MultiPAD M7 Tablet is equipped with the Android 2.1 Eclair OS, which provides access to the Android App Store. The 2.1 Eclair Operating System facilitates seamless integration capabilities such as Video Gallery, Music Playback and also seamless, dependable WiFi usage for fast and secure web-surfing. Plus, all applications and features are enhanced by the stunningly clear, high-resolution WVGA 800 x 480 pixel, 7" resistive TFT color LCD touch screen with stylus support and virtual QWERTY keyboard. The WiFi is great for Internet web-surfing and email, as well as for accessing Cydle's App Square, which promotes an easy shopping experience for your favorite contents and apps. Plus, the M7's QWERTY virtual keyboard is displayed on the 7" screen in a comfortable and easy-to-use position and the resistive touch screen can be conveniently manipulated with your fingertip or with an optional stylus type digital-pen for improved accuracy.
With the M7, you can enjoy movies and media content on the 7" WVGA widescreen in full HD 1080p quality. Plus, you can use the integrated HDMI port to share HD quality video and high-definition audio from your M7 in uncompressed, full 1080p HD on an large HDTV screen or monitor that's compatible with 1080p HDMI viewing. The M7 also features a dual surround sound speaker, which produces high-quality audio for sharing video and music with friends and there's an earphone jack and included earphones for privacy when traveling or commuting. Besides video and audio, the M7 features Free E-Book Meta Contents, which allows the Gravity Sensor to automatically change your viewing layout vertically to display your current reading selection like a real book. You'll be able to read eBook contents without a separate conversion process.
Like most modern tablets, the M7 features a MicroSD card slot for expanding the tablet's memory capacity. If you want to enhance the storage capacity or just want to load some saved data from a MicroSD card, the M7 supports up to 32GB of MicroSD card expansion. Cydle M7 MutiPAD
I bought the Cydle M7 MutiPAD.back in Sept 2011 and it doesn't do what it claims. The Toll Free Customer Sevice number for Canada doesn't exist or just doesn't work for customers outside the USA. It cost me $18.00 to make a long distance phone call to talk to someone. They said I needed to get the Android 2.3 upgrade so I can watch YouTube and any other Flash Player videos, and the only way to do this is to mail the Cydle M7 MutiPAD to California at my expense. I didn't want to at first but after numerous emails and the Cydle representative telling me there is no other way to fix the problem I ended up mailing my Cydle M7 MutiPAD to them. That cost me $16.00 s&h. After 31 days and no word about my Cydle M7 MutiPAD I emailed them to find out what was going on. A few days later they get back to me and say they are doing the Android 2.3 upgrade now. A couple days later they email me again and the upgrade is complete but there's a problem, the stand for the Cydle M7 MutiPAD is now broken, and they want to charge me another $20.00 for a new stand.
The person I corresponded with didn't seem interested in anything I had to suggest or in the warranty.
Needless to say I'm definitely an unsatisfied customer and will never consider purchasing any Cydle product ever again.
My advice would be to just stay clear of all Cydle products, avoid the headache of trying to deal with a customer service that doesn't exist.
