The compact 600 dpi DS80 Digital Photo Printer from DNP gives you the ability to print 8 x 12" photos. The printer combines high-speed printing with dye-sub technology to produce high-quality photos up to 8 x 12" in size. The printer can produce high-quality 8 x 12 photo in 35 seconds. As your printing needs increase and one printer isn't enough, you can quadruple your print speed by connecting 4 DS80 models. Once the printers are linked you can stack them to conserve space thanks to their flat-top design.
The DS80 uses a unique internal print method to protect the paper from dust and other contaminants and is easy to maintain thanks to its front-panel media loading and maintenance.

Comments about DNP DS 80 Digital Photo Printer:
I use this printer for event photography. It is my 1st 8 X 10 printer. I have always liked the dye printers because the photos are durable and come out of the printer dry. I have used the Canon 4 X 6 printers and the DS80 is much faster. I was hesitant to pay so much for a printer but the speed and convenience of not having to change ink or load paper so often makes it all worth while. Also as I increase in the number of events and the number of prints the faster speed means more revenue. It is also a very well constructed printer that I hope will last. The only negative is the weight of the printer. It is heavy and has forced me to use a cart to move my equipment to the shoot site.

Comments about DNP DS 80 Digital Photo Printer:
We are transitioning from using Sony UPD printers which were much slower, bulkier and just all around a nuisance to use due to its SCSI cables causing us to need adapters for newer computers and laptops. The previous print time was about 90 seconds using our old printers and the new DS-80 has more than cut this in half at a wonderful 30 seconds per print. We have had issues obtaining the paper needed for the Sony printers due it being discontinued and often had issues with colors not printing as we expected. We could not be happier with this purchase. Thank you!
