The Sony VAIO Urban Messenger Case is a bag for carrying a laptop and other electronics. Both stylish and sophisticated, it fits up to a 16.4" (41.7 cm) laptop with enough room left over for your Reader, documents and more. There's even a special pouch for your MP3 player and a padded interior compartment specifically designed for a tablet. A hidden quick access pocket on the exterior flap enables you to quickly store and retrieve items without rummaging around in your bag like a frantic squirrel. The bag is made of heather grey cotton canvas, with faux leather details and brushed aluminum accents. Side flaps effectively block out the elements to keep your stuff better protected.

Comments about Sony VAIO Urban Messenger Case:
I use this bag in a few different ways.
On a daily basis, I use it to lug student work, and a few (thin) textbooks back and forth between home and the university where I teach.
I sometimes use it to travel, and it's large enough to hold clothing, reading material, and personal care items for the weekend.
I have also used it for longer trips to hold my laptop and items too precious to pack in my checked suitcase.
All in all, it's a great bag. It looks sharp, and it has a number of different pockets, some with zippers and some with magnets.
It is a bit larger than I had expected, but it's not cumbersome. And the shoulder strap is very comfortable.
The only reason I did not give it five stars is due to the fact that feeding the straps through the belt loops and into the nested magnet sometimes takes a bit more time than I would like. Also, sometimes (when the bag is full) the top likes to gape open, and I have to set it on its side to force it shut.
To me though, these small problems are very minor. I would purchase this model again in the future, and I would recommend it to friends or family.

Very nice case. Had some problems fitting laptop in sleeve at first. Very very tight. It has loosened up though within a week's time. Love the case.

Bought this bag for school use and it is very well made. Durable, pockets are very convenient and fits everything I need for school. Also is a casual bag that matches with almost anything you want to wear.
