The AJA SSD Storage Module (300 GB) provides a shock proof storage option for the KiPro tapeless video recording device. An SSD (solid state drive) makes use of solid-state memory to store data and allows data access in the way similar to a hard drive. The solid state drive features microchips that store data in non-volatile memory chips. In addition, the SSD contains immovable parts minimizing wear and tear.
With capability to handle physical shock, the SSD Storage Module offers silent operation and features lower access time and latency.
