The product didn't fit the camera well enough, and the plastic prongs that hold the piece in place broke after only a few days of use.

I found that i had to cut away the bottom of the eye cup housing because when fitted to my rebel i had resticted view ( 75% ) through the viewfinder.

I wear glasses and it's impossible to see clearly without the eye cup however it doesn't fit as well as it should. I am comparing it to the eye cup Canon made for the EOS3 cameras and it isn't as big or as tight fitting. Better than nothing. I do wish Canon would make different sizes and/or shapes for different eye glass lenses or at least make them large enough to fit any size. If you have to wear glasses these eye cups are very useful. I would recommend it only because there is nothing else available.
