The Bosch 500i Series CPU Module offers features such as fast 360°/sec pan/tilt/zoom speeds, hot swap camera module replacement, pluggable communications module upgrades, built-in surge suppression, advanced diagnostics, and multilingual displays. The module supports AutoTrack II virtual masking technology that ignores extraneous background motion, making the camera ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Video motion detection triggers an alarm when motion is detected in a designated portion of the video display. The module supports preset tour feature that is capable of handling 64 pre-positions with a configurable dwell time between pre-positions.
Featured cable compensation extends coaxial and UTP distance runs without degrading the image quality caused by signal losses from long cable lengths. The Standard CPU Module supports built-in rules engine for alarm management and privacy masking to mask specific portions of a scene for security reasons. Besides, the module provides third-party protocol support.
