The Singh-Ray Cokin-P (3.3 x 4.7" / 84 x 120mm) Galen Rowell 4 Stop, Hard-Step Graduated Neutral Density Filter allows you to seamlessly darken part of your image while keeping the remaining portions unaffected by any filtration. By moving the filter in front of the lens during composition, you can place the dense section of the filter over the bright areas of the image in order to "hold back" those areas in order to achieve a more controlled range of exposure. The density begins at the edge of the filter and tapers off at the middle of the filter plane.
This filter measures Cokin-P (3.3 x 4.7" / 84 x 120mm) and features a 4 stop, hard-step gradual neutral density.
- Singh-Ray ND grad filters are longer in dimension to accommodate horizons positioned near the edges of the image frame.
- Graduated neutral density filters allow for the darkening of certain parts of the image while leaving other areas unaffected by any filtration.
- Neutral density does not affect image coloration.
- Co-developed by famed nature photographer Galen Rowell according to his personal specifications.
