The Intel 20GB 311 Series SLC 2.5" SATA Solid-State Drives features an Intel 34nm SLC (Single Level Cell) NAND that offers high performance and longer duration. It supports 3Gb/s SATA interface and is compatible with the 1.5Gb/s SATA interface. The SSD features 20GB storage capacity and supports up to 200MB/s speed. An enhanced Intel smart response technology enables the SSD to automatically copy the frequently used files from HDD to SSD offering a faster response.
