- Archival Safe - No PVC
- Plastic enclosures manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are not recommended for archival photographic storage. This plastic, often referred to as "vinyl", is not as stable as some other plastics. It can contain volatile plasticizers acid as it deteriorates.
- Rip Resistant Seals
- A stitched sealing method that allows each seal to work independently to resist tearing, unlike straight-line that continue to separate completely once the rip begins. In addition, stitched sealing increases the airflow between pockets and therefore further protects against ferrotyping, moisture.
- Easy Contact Prints
- By placing a loaded file page (negatives must remain emulsion side down) directly on top of the printing paper, it is possible to make sharp contact prints as well as enlargements for testing and proofing purposes.

B&H is the place to shop when you are wanting anything to do with photos, video, and audio/visual equipment and accessories. B&H is about the only place that sells archival pages for slides and it was a great deal buying a pack of a 100 for [$]. The pages are durable and the slides fit in the individual sleeves on each page perfectly without being too tight or too loose. I have bought items from B&H once before and was pleased with what I received then. I would definitely buy from them again.

These archival slide storage pages do the job and protect slides from dust and any kind of abuse. I've been storing my own using these ones for years and have no problem. The slides fit snugly, but it's relatively easy to take them out. The top-loading makes it safe for the slides (they won't fall when you turn or handle the pages) and also keeps them clean because there's no room for dust. These sheets can be placed in a regular plastic three-ring binder and put away. As long as they're stored in a cool, dry place, the slides will stay in good condition.

Years ago I enjoyed shooting transparencies as a hobby. My hobby was interrupted, hovever, when I went to work full-time after receiving my degree. In January of this year (2008) I retired and have resumed my passion in photography and shooting slide film. Much has changed, but the Archival-Plus CLEAR-FILE SLIDE Pages top loading I used many years ago to house my valued transparencies have endured the test of time. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to preserve mounted slide film.
