This item is controlled on the U.S. Commerce Control List set forth in the Export Administration Regulations or the U.S. Munitions List set forth in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and may require a license or other authorization from the U.S. Government to be exported from the United States. The Arm Clamp Standard from Beneath the Surface is used to hold in place an accessory arm on an underwater video lighting system. The clamp is machined from an aluminum bar to a fine finish and then anodized to a rich black color for corrosion resistance in salt water. The hardware and spring are stainless steel. The clamp handle is a 2.5" (6.4 cm) long aluminum knob that is easily tightened.
