The Casio Green Slim XJ-A250 DLP WXGA Projector is aptly named and at 1.7" (43.2mm) and only 5 lb. (2.3kg), the projector is likely to log a lot of travel miles in your carry-on as well as becoming your go-to solution for on-the-fly presentations or business meetings. The LED / laser hybrid light source produces 3000 lumens of output, (enough to meet the challenge of high ambient light situations), for up to 20,000 hours - 10x more than a standard source. Casio is so confident in the light source that they warranty it for three years or 6000 hours of use.
The built-in power focus and 2x zoom lens facilitate sizing up sharp, high-resolution 1280 x 800 images with a crisp 1800:1 contrast ratio on screens up to 300" (7620mm) diagonal, while wide connectivity options, including HDMI and an audio output, ensure functionality with source components.

This projector combines two low energy sources to produce a high quality, sharp and very bright picture. I wanted to find one that was really quiet since I use it for home theatre and it is close to our ears and this projector definately accomplishes this on the level two (eco) setting 190w. On the Highest setting 270w, the fan is quite louder and the picture does not seem to get too much brighter for the sound, though this extra power may be necessary on large screens.
I play HD PS3 and the graphics are rediculous. There is no trailing that is typical is the older technology of a color wheel.
I have had three projectors and this is by far the best one that I have ever had and I plan on using it often for a long time. The six year warrenty that comes standard proves how confident CASIO is in their product.
B&H Delivered the amazing product to my home in three days for free shipping, can't beat that.
I would highly recommend this projector to someone who likes being green to the earth by saving energy, mercury, and unnecessary space and wieght that is associated with typical bulb projectors.
