The battery was delivered on time and in an appropriately sized box with padding and instructions(though obviously a battery's pretty straight forward). The only thing I guess I would improve is the website only states a few printers, but in the actual documentation sent it does also state the 623, which is my particular device(I ordered it on faith because finding one which specified the 623 was about impossible). Good buy and good experience, would buy from B&H again for an item like this.
