Ikelite SLR-DC Underwater Camera Tray with Handles
The SLR-DC Underwater Camera Tray with Handles from Ikelite is designed to hold Ikelite SLR-DC housings for digital SLR cameras. The SLR-DC is an aluminum tray with rubberized handle grips. Trays feature mounting locations for the attachment of an Ikelite Pro Video battery pack and a centralized 1/4-20 tripod mount. Grips allow for the attachment of accessories such as arms, to which you can then attach additional accessories, including strobes and focus / video lights. The tray with handles serves as the base for an underwater photography / videography system. It is not compatible with aluminum-back DSLR housings #6610 or #6652, or with Ikelite housings for film SLR cameras.

Are more comfortable and more compact than supplied tray. However, agree with other reviewer that it would be nice if these were supplied with original housing. Or perhaps a choice when ordering housing. Having to pay for an extra tray gives these a 4 star!!

Replaces the standard handle/tray that comes on the Ikelite DSLR (or SLR) underwater housing. The new assembly is slight lighter, the handles are slightly shorter and the slight curve to the handle provides more room between the controls and the handle. The handles still in-cooperate the quick release, for the strobe arms.
The only down side is: if you were ordering a new housing it would come with the standard handles/tray and if you want the newer handle/tray you have to purchase also (leaving you with 2 handle tray assemblies.
