Comments about ASUS VG236HE 23" Widescreen LCD Monitor:
I use this mainly for software development and administration work, as well as some gaming. The high refresh is great for motion but the color isn't so hot near black, even after calibration. This is a 6 bit panel so I am not surprised with that. The viewing angle can be annoying as well, but that's the case with TN panels. Coming from a high end CRT, I knew there'd be compromise no matter which panel I got (from 200-2500 USD), but this one will do for now. I did not need 3D so that wasn't tested.

Comments about ASUS VG236HE 23" Widescreen LCD Monitor:
Great monitor, and fast shipping. Like most people say when you go 120hz gaming you never want to go back.I received this monitor as a birthday gift, I am not using it for 3D Gaming so I cant comment on that. But when it comes to FPS competitive gaming, such as UT/CS/Quake, this monitor is excellent.BandH provided fast shipping, I don't understand how [@]can take so long, and BanH can have it here in two days. There is blacklight bleeding at the bottom of the monitor.

Comments about ASUS VG236HE 23" Widescreen LCD Monitor:
Solid monitor that does 120 hz (at native resolution only though).
Works well for gaming and watching movies. No noticable ghosting.
Doesn't have the best viewing angle, but it is a TN panel display, and works well enough looking straight at it though.
Still doesn't beat my 10 year old crt in color quality or showing a full color gradient. If you're doing photo editing look for a better monitor.
minor cons: display buttons are hard to push.

Comments about ASUS VG236HE 23" Widescreen LCD Monitor:
The image quality is so so.
3D in 1080p 120hz refresh rate is amazing But you would need descent cpu with good gpu to operate in 3D 1080p.
The light bleeds around the edges but it bleeds uniformly( about half inch every sides from the edges).
No dead pixels and color are bright and vivid.
