The Foba F-CEHUI Exchange Sleeve for Combitube accepts the male cone of a Combitube tube and enables the insertion of components with 5/8" (16mm) diameter fittings.
Part of Foba's Combitube modular grip system, the F-CEHUI features a tightening knob for securing the 5/8" fitting.
