Crumpler Industry Disgrace Camera Strap (Beech/Black)
The beech/black Industry Disgrace Camera Strap from Crumpler provides superior support for your camera. The extra wide neck pad is easy on your neck and also designed to wick away moisture making it even more comfortable. Fully adjustable on top and bottom, you can tailor the strap to rest high or low depending on your shooting style. It's made from durable double layered neoprene and is also tapered from wide at the top to thinner down below. Strong back-buckled loops secure your camera while dual accessory loops allow you to attach accessories - perhaps a cleaning cloth or small pouch.

Though the Industry Disgrace looks as strange as its name sounds, it really is comfortable where it matters- behind the neck! Though some users could wish it had "quick disconnects" (to facilitate use on tripods) or pouches for memory cards, I think these guys have done a good job at keeping it simple and concentrated on what it really is meant for,i.e. comfort, rather than get lost with the bells and whistles!
