The black/gun metal 5 Million Dollar Home Bag from Crumpler is slightly larger than their 4 Million Dollar Home Bag but still remains a get-around shoulder bag designed to hold a standard DSLR camera and lenses plus accessories like an extra battery and memory cards. The tough 900-Denier exterior fabric is water-resistant and is complimented by a brushed padded nylon interior that is constructed not to hurt the finish of your equipment. The inside of the bag can be configured by using the movable touch fastened dividers.
The bag is held in shape by its EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) laminated base while the entire bag is protected by a large front flap that is secured with rugged tri-glide buckles. The adjustable, wide 50mm (2") shoulder strap or the EVA and ergonomically shaped padded carry handle make toting it around comfortable. For added functionality, the touch fasteners have been designed to be silent by utilizing a silencer flap on the underside that is designed not to attract attention when you open the bag in public. No more of that "ripping" sound when the touch fasteners are engaged. As an added feature, the 5 Million Dollar Home Bag gives you a pair of side accessory loops on which you can attach other photo gear - perhaps a cleaning cloth, media card holder or mini tripod.
There are two extra side stuff pockets that you'll appreciate since you will not have to open the entire bag to reach their contents. For all sorts of smaller accessories, there's an additional internal zippered mesh pocket. This is a rugged street bag created to meet the demands of people who need a durable shoulder bag that holds your gear with a maximum of protection.

Comments about Crumpler 5 Million Dollar Home Bag (9.6 x 8.7 x 6.1", Black/Gun Metal):
This is a great size - perfect for my Canon 60D, an extra lens, and all the necessary paraphernalia. It's versatile - I can carry my wallet/keys in the bag as well as my gear, so I don't need to carry a separate handbag. It doesn't look a lot like a camera bag, it's pretty attractive overall. The only thing I don't like is the velcro - it's SO noisy! Good luck trying to stealthily get your camera out of the bag - it's the noisiest (and strongest) velcro I've ever used. The little clips to keep the flap closed seem sufficient on their own - I wish there wasn't so much velcro. That said, I don't do a lot of stealthy shooting, so it hasn't been a problem - overall it's a great bag.

This bag is everything that I wanted. It holds my 450D with 15-85 lens attached, and my 55-250 lens on one side and my 50mm 1.8 on the other side. Front pocket holds SD cards and battery. I highly recommend this bag.

Comments about Crumpler 5 Million Dollar Home Bag (9.6 x 8.7 x 6.1", Black/Gun Metal):
I received my first SLR for Christmas. I am not a pro or experienced photographer, so I asked around for accessory recommendations. Someone recommended this brand for a camera bag. It's a really sharp looking quality bag. It's a nice size for a beginner that does not have many attachments. I just have the camera, lens, and cleaning kit. It would have room for at least another lens or flash. I definitely wouldn't need bigger, but a more serious photographer probably would. The local camera shop only had 6 million and 7 million dollar homes, but I only needed the 5 million size. I googled the bag and found the highly rated B & H photo. I am glad I did. The prices are good, great products, and gotta love free shipping!

This bag is a very comfortable one. It is made very accurately and from good materials. This is a very well thought-out bag and I use it with a pleasure. It is not loose and does not hinder with walking. It has a very handy compartments and a wide and easy-to-use strap. I do not know what else can be added, but I have studied this bag just a few minutes and then just started to use, as I have use it for several months and then just started to use, as I have use it for several months!
