The system is no slouch when it comes to multimedia. Its Blu-ray ROM drive allows you to watch the latest Hollywood blockbusters and classic movies alike -- all in stunning HD resolution. It can also read and write DVDs and CDs. The Pavilion also features a built-in TV tuner, which allows you to use the computer as a DVR. You use it with the included software bundle to watch, record, pause, and rewind live TV -- right on your desktop.
The computer features a 15-in-1 memory card reader, allowing you to import pictures and files from virtually any type of digital camera memory card. Integrated 802.11n Wi-Fi gets you online without the hassle of connecting an Ethernet cable to your router, allowing you to more easily find a place in your home for the PC.
The computer is loaded with the HP LinkUp software suite. This makes it easy to sync data between your HP notebook and desktop system. It also includes Windows Live Essentials and a trial version of Norton Internet Security.
The system is powered by a quad-core 3.4GHz Intel Core i7-2600 CPU, which can be overclocked to 3.8GHz via Intel Turbo Boost. It boasts 10GB of RAM and a 1.5TB 5400rpm hard drive. The nVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti GPU features 1GB of dedicated GDDR5 memory, giving you enough visual horsepower to drive the latest 3D computer games. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.

I looked all over for this computer and most online stores have been sold out. Thank goodness for B&H.
Computer was easy to set up. Sleek design, Comes with some standard bloatware that can be removed. There are so many awesome features that I didn't even know about when I purchased it. The Beats software was an awesome addition. Havent fully used it to its full capacity, but I'm excited to start.

I use the computer a lot for videos. For a 1 1/2 min video with my old computer it took 44 minutes to render, with this machine, same video, 4 minutes to render. So I'm happy so far.

Great machine does video rendering faster than the last i7 I had we have 13 machines in the office that are all HP.Use them untill the ware out and replace, We also take off everything that is not related to our service
