The Toshiba NVS Network Video Recorder (16-Channel, 4 TB) allows you to record real-time video from up to 16 network cameras. In addition, the video recorder enables recording from IP based cameras both locally and globally over the Internet. When used with megapixel cameras, the 16-channel NVR delivers high-resolution recorded imagery at up to 30 PPS per camera. With the field replaceable hard disk drive, the video recorder offers reliable and efficient recording solution for network cameras.
Besides supporting H.264 compression technology to provide small-sized files and use less network bandwidth, the 16-channel video recorder is also compatible with MPEG-4 and MJPEG formats. Fault tolerant capabilities enable the recorder to continue operating in the event of the failure of some of its components. You are provided with features such as complete remote access, setup control, user administration, video backup facilities, live viewing, and search capabilities. The 4 TB NVS Network Video Recorder supports password control that restricts access to unauthorized persons. Power interruption recovery automatically restarts after power outage and resumes the recording operation.
