The Satellite P755-3DV20 15.6" Notebook Computer (Fusion X2 Platinum) from Toshiba is a feature-packed portable computer, built with a variety of enhancements to give you nothing short of a sweet computing experience. This computer features a built-in NVIDIA GeForce GT540M GPU and the NVIDA 3D Vision Kit, which includes 3D glasses. These allow you to see your movies, games, and photos in 3D. You can switch between 3D to 2D just in case you need a break from 3D. That GPU also boasts 1GB of on-board memory.
The system's 15.6" widescreen display features a 16:9 aspect ratio, has a 1366 x 768 native resolution, and features the ability to display 720p video at that resolution. In addition to 3D, the display features an LED backlight that requires less energy and has fewer environmental toxins than a traditional CCFL lamp, while at the same time delivering superior image quality and evenly distributed lighting. Plus, there's no need for time to warm-up.
The computer also sports an integrated memory card reader, microphone, webcam, one USB 3.0 port, and three USB 2.0 ports. That USB 3.0 port allows you to power up connected peripherals, even while the computer is asleep. The keyboard is comfortable to use, and the computer's touchpad supports multi-touch input.
The system is powered by a 2.3GHz Intel Core i5-2410M CPU that supports 2.9GHz overclocking and relies upon dual cores. Beyond the CPU, the computer features 6GB of memory, a 750GB 5400rpm hard drive, as well as an optical drive that supports Labelflash and can both read Blu-ray discs and burn DVDs or CDs. In terms of wireless, this computer supports Bluetooth 3.0 with HS, and 802.11n Wi-Fi. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.
