Creative's Fatal1ty Gaming Headset is designed to give you the high-performance and lasting comfort needed for extended hours of gameplay. Made to fit over your head, this headset utilizes a 40mm neodymium driver in each speaker for delivering exceptional audio. These speakers have a frequency response range of 20Hz to 20kHz. This headset also features a detachable, noise-canceling microphone that has a frequency response range of 100Hz to 15kHz. For comfort, this headset utilizes soft padding and plush velvet. To begin, connect the two 3.5mm connectors to your computer's audio-in and microphone-in jacks. This headset is compatible with Linux, Mac, and Windows computers, so long as you have these two input jacks.

Good price for what you get. The microfone can be easily unpluged from the headset if you just wanna use it as a headphone. The mic mute key works ok as well. Got this for my son and actually should have bought one for me as well.
