The NEC X551UN 55" Ultra Narrow Professional Grade Large Screen Display with LED backlighting technology produces high quality images at low power consumption and supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1080. It offers a contrast ratio of 4000:1 and a brightness rating of 500 cd/m². A wide angle viewing of 178° (horizontal and vertical) ensures that you can view images even from the corner of the room.
Supporting VESA compatibility, the X551UN 55" Ultra Narrow Professional Grade Large Screen Display features advanced thermal capabilities, sharpness/softness adjustments, a screen saver function, and 6-axis color adjustment. Intel's Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) slot allows the X551UN Display to be implemented into configurations of up to 10 x 10 and makes the display flexible for digital signage applications. With built-in temperature sensors with self-diagnostics and fan-based technology, the premium display offers thermal protection and supports 24/7 operation.
In addition to an aspect ratio of 16:9, the X551UN has a built-in standardized expansion slot that allows for seamless integration of NEC/third-party components, making installation quick and easy. It incorporates a real-time clock that can schedule for 24/7 on/off times and can be set to warm up 30 minutes before the optimum color representation can be used. TileMatrix technology allows you to create video walls (up to 100 displays in a 10 x 10 matrix). Based on Rapid Response technology, the display delivers uninterrupted and undistorted high-speed videos. An integrated carbon footprint meter calculates and monitors carbon savings during operation.
