The GZ-MG20 is your introduction to JVC's revolutionary Everio line of digital camcorders. Instead of tape or DVD, Everio records to a built-in 20GB hard drive. From there, you can transfer your video to a PC via USB 2.0 cable, or transfer it to tape or DVD. You can record up to 25 hours of video in Economy mode, or almost 5 hours of DVD-quality MPEG-2. You can also record stills and video to SD cards. 16:9 Squeeze mode lets you shoot video that fits wide-screen TVs. 3D noise reduction and digital image stabilization give you great pictures in almost any condition. A 25x optical zoom gets you up close and personal, and an 800x digital zoom brings you closer than ever to the action. There's editing and DVD authoring software included for both PC and Mac owners.

- Two white LEDs give you the light you need to light your subjects in dark scenes. LEDs use less energy than light bulbs, and turn off automatically in brighter conditions.

- Power-Linked Operation

- USB 2.0 enables quick, loss-free digital transfer of video directly from the camcorder to your PC.
- Still Printing with PictBridge and DPOF Support
- Print your still pictures without using a computer thanks to PictBridge. Just connect the camcorder to your printer's USB cable for photo-quality prints. DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) gives you control over the printing process and makes it easy to order prints on-line.

- For Windows users, JVC includes CyberLink DVD Solution: a suite of programs designed for easy editing, DVD authoring and playback. For Mac users, PIXELA Capty MPEG Edit EX lets you do frame accurate cuts-only editing.
