The Spiratone Slide duplicator is a versatile optical device which enables you to make duplicate color slides, black and white negatives or color negatives from your 35mm original transparencies. The duplicator provides a fixed f/8 (three element), especially designed for crisp and needle sharp duplicates or negatives. While making duplicates, you can increase or decrease contrast, introduce color changes by means of filters for corrective or artistic effect, and lighten or darken your results by control of exposure.

Choice of Light Source

Almost any light source may be used successfully to make black and white negatives from color slides. To make color dupes, the color quality of the light must be correct for the kind of film being used.
