With major improvements over its predecessors, the Rebel Ti is the first version of the wildly popular entry-level EOS SLR with a stainless steel lensmount and incorporated dioptric correction for those myopic shooters among us. The enlarged, oversized LCD panel has now been moved to the rear of the camera for better ergonomics and less squinting. The pop-up flash now has a bit more seperation from the center of the lensmount, providing valuable millimeters of clearance for less redeye and lens obstruction of flash illumination. Spiffy accessory options include the BP-220 Battery Pack, which converts the camera to ubiquitous "AA" power as well as supplying a vertical shutter button.
