Belkin's Conserve Switch 8-Port Surge Protector with Remote is a great way to manage power to a total of 8 devices and to protect these devices from power surges. This surge protector features a total of eight outlets, six of which can be turned off with the included remote. That means, if you have peripherals in standby mode while they are connected to these six outlets, you can shut them completely off. The other two outlets always remain on and are good for connecting devices that should always stay on, such as a cordless phone or router.

This remote surge protector is one of the best product investments I have purchased in a while. I will be buying another one real soon. As a professional photographer it makes my lighting control so easy, and smooth. It allows me and my team to change lighting in different shots without having to move or flip the button on the lights. If we want mor or less light, it's just a click of the remote.
