I received the Samsung HT-D4500 Theater system for an early Christmas gift from my wife. This system is great!
Pros:
1) Price is just right for a system like this
2) Easy to set up with lots of features
3) Pretty much plug and play
4) Networking port included for a hardwired connection which allows easy networking but only if you have a networking jack near by. Fortunately I had already put in a hardwired jack for our satellite controller so it was easy to put in a small switch to network both devices.
Cons:
The only cons I would have would be;
1) It's wireless ready. I would have rather had the wireless transmitter built into the product rather than having to purchase another plugin device to make it work
2) The speakers are all pre-wired with a proprietary plug on the end to mate with the theater console. If you're running wires behind walls you will need to cut the wires to connect them to the prewired wall connections
I like the system enough that I may look at getting another one for our downstairs TV.

I got this on a Black Friday Sale for [$]. It works well and the apps on it are great. The Samsung remote app for my phone connected up awesome but my 2010 32" Samsung TV didn't connect up through the HDMI for sound so I bought an optical audio cable and now it works fine. The radio antenna doesn't work very well and I can't get any stations but I connected that to the TV antenna i have and it works a lot better. The Blu Ray player works well but it quite loud. Other than that I'm well pleased with the quality of sound but I wish it came with a better equalizer. Oh well, can't have everything for [$]. Well worth the price.
