This Beattie Intenscreen is an interchangeable focusing screen compatible with Olympus OM-1, OM-2, OM-3 & OM-4 cameras. This Matte/Fresnel screen features a grid pattern with a diagonal split image for manual focus assist, and is ideal for architectural and other precision photography with lenses with maximum f/5.6 or brighter.
The lack of contrast and image definition with some original focusing screens can make it difficult, if not impossible, to bring a subject into sharp focus. An Intenscreen will increase image brightness by 1 to 1.5 stops, making it easier to focus on a distant subject, especially when using a telephoto lens.
