Used them as a primary battery for ZigView LCD attached to my D300. Charged them out of the box and they worked for about 8 hours and still showed a full charge.

Comments about Pearstone AA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries (2300mAh, 8 Pack):
These batteries are amazing. They almost never run out of power. The Flash recycle times and output in my Canon Speedlite 580EX II are very consistant. I tried them in my Sunpak Video light as well. Same result. They just keep going. Next, I'm thinking of a way in which I can use these Batteries to see if they can power the entire City. Any ideas?

Comments about Pearstone AA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries (2300mAh, 8 Pack):
These rechargable batteries seem to hold there charge for a reasonable amount of time. How long before this tails off remains to be seen. I use these primarily in my speedlites and always keep a freshly charged set on hand. I use them with a four hour charger and although they seem to get rather warm/hot during a recharge, it has not caused a problem.

Comments about Pearstone AA NiMH Rechargeable Batteries (2300mAh, 8 Pack):
I've only had them for a few weeks, but so far I am extremely happy. I adopted the camera equipment and duties at my company and the previous guy was using alkaline AA batteries in a Nikon SB-800 flash. After burning through 20 or so alkaline batteries in a weekend, (and messing up a bunch of important shots with the flash not firing) I decided to upgrade to the Pearstone charger with 16 Pearstone NiMH rechargable batteries. Huge difference, the flash fires every time and I can always make sure I have a bunch of full batteries on hand for maximum performance. The charger removes the guess work, so I don't have a bunch of half used batteries that are too drained for a decent flash recycle time. I couldn't recommend the charger or batteries more. The NiMH batteries also seem to last 10 times longer than alkaline ones.

At a couple bucks per battery this is a no brainer. Do yourself and the planet a favor and quit using throw-aways.
These Pearstone batteries do the job just fine. They hold a charge well and only time will tell if they continue to perform. I have plenty of spares on-hand that I always keep charged for my multiple speedlites.

So far so good. These are brand new and seems to hold a good charge. I use 6 to power my camera. On a 5 client shoot a day, it will last me all day . I am so glad I finally invested in rechargeables.

I already had a charger from a battery 4 pack I'd purchased a couple years ago, and was happy to find that I could buy more without having to pick up another unnecessary charger.

I gave the new batteries a Break-in forming charge in my Maha charger and the Milliamp rating was about 2250 milliamps for all.
So far they work as designed.
