16x9 Inc. Cine Lens Mount PL to Micro 4/3 Mount with Support
The 16x9 Inc. Cine Lens Mount PL to Micro 4/3 Mount with Support allows you to use a cinema lens on Micro 4/3" cameras such as the Panasonic AF100 and mirrorless DSLR cameras. Included 15mm Mini Rod Support Bracket enables you to attach the mount to 15mm support rods.
Using a back-focus chart (not included), you can adjust the distance to obtain sharp images. The Cine Lens Mount PL mount has an aluminum and stainless steel construction, and features front and rear bayonet locking mechanisms.

This adapter is used on our GH2 HDSLR rig for cinema production. We do location shoots, so high quality and portability must be in balance.
This will adapt any PL lens I have tried, but many PL lenses for the SUPER 16 system, especially Zeiss, have back flange lengths that are so long they cause vignetting at wide focal lengths. So far, all of Cooke's super-16 Prime Panchromatics (18mm, 25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm and 100mm) work without a flaw, though the lenses do not tape out anywhere CLOSE to the distance ratings. This could be an issue with the lens kit calibration, though, as people using the lens kit with our SR3's have the same issue.
The LENS adapter mount is great; the rail support adapter is not intuitive and really does not work all that well on 15 mm bars. The lockdown system allows one of the rails to slide freely and thus makes the mount system more frail.
If you just need the PL mount - it's great, although instructions would be very helpful for learning about the shim system and a general how-to on back-focusing would be a major plus.
