The NS-BP400 2-Way Bookshelf Speakers (Pair, Piano Black) from Yamaha provide high-quality audio in a compact and stylish design. Each cabinet has Vibration Control Cabinet Structure (VCCS) technology, which includes the installation of a special composite structure inside the cabinet to reduce unwanted vibrations that negatively impact sound quality. The bass-reflex cabinet design extends low frequency response and reduces compression for impressive bass performance. Each cabinet also has a piano black mirror finish, similar to that of a Yamaha grand piano. The result is a beautiful speaker that fits into virtually any decor.
Each speaker houses a 5" pure aluminum diaphragm woofer and a 1" soft dome tweeter to provide clear, natural audio reproduction with a wide frequency response. The included grilles protect the driver components, and are removable if you prefer to show off your gear. Each speaker has a peak power handling capability of 120W to deliver a strong performance with very low distortion. The rear panels offer banana plug inputs for wide compatibility with a variety of sound systems and devices.
