The Atlona PAL HDMI to NTSC HDMI Converter is used to scale HDMI signals and provides the signals at a number of selectable output resolutions. Using a Toslink for accepting HDMI signals, it also supports digital and analog audio input/output. Supporting resolution from VGA to WUXGA or HDTV resolution from 480p to 1080p, the converter allows you to perform up or down scaling of signals. You can connect a PAL format HDMI video source to a display which accepts NTSC via 50/60 Hz signal conversion.
The video converter supports 3D motion, adaptive de-interlacing, and 2:2 / 3:2 film mode for detection and recovery of video signals. You can adjust contrast, brightness, hue, saturation, sharpness, RGB level, and scan size of the video output. When the native output is selected, the converter automatically detects the factory setting of the connected display and provides the corresponding resolution and refresh rate.
Note! 1080p/30, 24 and 29.97 is possible with special firmware

Comments about Atlona PAL HDMI to NTSC HDMI Converter:
I use this product with the Telecom phone cable box. Good points: Installation was simple plug in and out HDMI cables, power connection and watch TV. I was not a believer, but this made me so happy.
Bad point: Some flickering of images.
