While those directly in front of the monitor will be able to see clearly, any other angle yields only a golden-colored screen. This can be useful when working on sensitive documents or accessing private information. Once applied, the filter protects the screen from damage and stays put when the laptop is closed. Additionally, this 3M privacy filter is made in the USA.
