Held tight like duck tape with out leaving any residue or pulling any paint from walls and floors. Did not hurt "commercial grade" carpet in anyway.

This is a good product. Not much to rate. We used it to put down a fabric "floor" for our theater production. The tape held as it should and was easy to remove with no marks on the hard wood floor.
