I use this mainly for when I'm at home and have my laptop connected to a larger monitor. The keyboard is simple, thin, lightweight, and is easy to type on. The size and weight make it good for if you want to put it in your lap and type, but still substantial enough to not move around on a desk. I use this keyboard for typing papers where it is quite comfortable, and some gaming where it does a great job as well, but definitely isn't going to have the often needless dozens of extra buttons, nor is it going to have the best ergonomics for some uses.
My main reason for giving it 4 stars was the frustrating process of trying to pair it with my computer. I still don't know why it previously didn't pair, and why it is paired now, but at least it is paired with my laptop now and it hasn't given me and issue since. Also, it would be really nice if it was rechargeable instead of using two disposable AA cells and had illumination.

I have large hands & fingers, so most compact keyboards, including those on many laptops, don't work very well for me. Fortunately, this keyboard uses full sized keys with the same key spacing as a full sized keyboard, so it's a comfortable fit.
Though it's heavier than I was expecting, it's still very light weight, and very well built. I was also very surprised to find it pre-loaded with Energizer Advanced Lithium AA batteries, which should provide a very long battery life.
I bought this solely for use with my "new iPad" & setup was a breeze.

I bought the Apple Wireless Keyboard to use with my PS3 after the cheapo wired USB keyboard I bought 6 months ago just died in mid-typing. The Apple keyboard's bluetooth signal was quickly detected by my PS3 & they synced up very easily.
Yeah, the Apple keyboard is significantly more expensive than the USB one, but I expect it to last a heck of a lot longer and I was ready to get rid of the extra USB wire. Good investment, IMHO.
