The Wireless Comfort Mouse from Hewlett Packard has a symmetrical body to fit both left- and right-handed individuals comfortably. The rubber sides help the user keep a firm grip on the mouse while its 2.4GHz wireless band connectivity secures a connection to the computer. The USB receiver contains HP Link-5 technology, which allows it to connect up to 5 compatible HP devices. This frees up USB slots for other peripherals. The high-precision optical laser can detect most surfaces for optimal performance. The Wireless Comfort Mouse is compatible with all desktop and laptop PC platforms.

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard Wireless Comfort Mouse (Black):
I love the simplicity of HP's Link 5 Technology. I bought a keyboard seperatly and now with two receivers I can switch the keyboard and mouse between two different computers at the push of a button. Also this mouse is very comfortable and ergonomic. I can use is on a white desk with no problems tracking.

Comments about HP / Hewlett Packard Wireless Comfort Mouse (Black):
The mouse is very good. I have two Logitech mouse(s) / mice and I ordered this for my office laptop. The USB receiver is small but protrudes a little bit more than the tiny receiver of Logitech
The movement of the mice is very smooth. The scroll bar while very smooth does not have the response of the logitech mouse. However for the price I'd say this is value for money and perhaps better than that
I have not used the CD to customize the buttons which may / may not solve some of these issues
All in all I'd give a 3.5 out of 5 for this
