The OCZ 320GB VeloDrive C Series PCI- Express Solid State Driveoffers transfer speeds of up to 1.1 GB/s, features X8 slot low profile with full height bracket form factor, and allows up to 125000 IOPS with 4K random write. It supports 4xSATA, utilizes SF-1222 SandForce processor to deliver reliability, endurance, security, and intelligent block management and wear-leveling. Additionally, the SSD offers read speed up to 1100 MB/s and write speed up to 1010 MB/s.
With the ability to run both hardware and software, the RAID mode increases the overall performance of the SSD, making it easy to accommodate existing usage models and minimizes the impact on system resources. The 320GB VeloDrive C Series PCI- Express Solid State Drive can be used for half-height or full-height system requirements as well as for low profile bracket option.
Eliminating the SATA/SAS bottleneck, the VeloDrive C Series PCI-Express SSD (320 GB) utilizes MLC NAND flash, and offers compatibility with Windows 7, XP, Vista, and Linux.
