The Moog Videolarm  Ecokit - Solar and Wind Power System for Surveillance Applications is an environment-friendly power solution for surveying remote/isolated and quick deployment applications. Equipped with photovoltaic modules, the system converts solar energy and wind energy to a useable 12 VDC current and offers up to 5 days of continuous power to a 20W load. With the help of a magnetic engine, the rugged plastic blades of the wind turbine provide a maximum of 400W power.

Encased in a rugged aluminum enclosure with a hinged door, the Ecokit - Solar and Wind Power System is protected against tampering and harsh weather conditions. It has low-maintanence and operating costs. The solar cells are encapsulated between a tempered glass cover and a pottant with back sheet to provide protection against harsh weather conditions.
