The 5v/2a Power Supply for VOIP from Cisco is an adapter clip that fits onto the Cisco power supply to allow you to use the device in many countries. To use your device in these areas simply remove the current power adapter and slide the NA clip onto your adapter. It also offers power adaptor capabilities for SPA 900 and 500 series IP phones.
