Canon imageCLASS MF8080Cw Color Laser Multifunction Printer
The imageCLASS MF8080Cw Color Laser Multifunction Printer prints at 8 ppm in color and 12 ppm in black and white. The unit features full duplexing capabilities including printing, faxing, copying, and scanning. The 50-sheet ADF allows for easy multipage scans, copies, from and to 1-sided and 2-sided documents. The fast 22-second first print out time (black) means no waiting for your document. Scan-to options include scan to an email address or a network folder. Additionally, the built-in USB port enables you print from and scan to a USB drive.
The built-in 33.6 kbps fax modem is a fully integrated component of the multifunction system. The built-in Fax Forwarding and Send functionality provides the ability to automatically direct incoming and internet faxes to an email address, network folder or a different fax number.

For the price offered by B&H this is a good printer for the money. There is no way this printer can compete with higher priced ones. The prints look fine, except there is a color shift to magenta after the first few prints. My biggest problem is trying to navigate the crazy menu to duplex print manually. I have not tried the wireless functions so I cannot comment on that. I was amazed by the intelligent packaging by canon. Even though it was packaged well something was out of alignment with the auto document feeder, so I had to take it apart and push some of the plastic guides back in place, now it works fine. I recommend this printer as long as your expectations are not that high.

The wireless set up was easier than expected with my router. I had a challenge making the scanner work. While the unit requires MAC OS10.6 or higher in the manual, it does not really seem to talk well with Apple MacIntosh computers. To that point, rather than driving the scanner from photoshop on the computer, I need to load my Mac's "documents folder" from the scanner. It works fine that way, but seems that Canon built this part of the unit with PC only in mind, as the manual has lots of conversation about scanning in Windows, Vista, etc. All in all, I am very pleased with the quality, speed, and price. It was on sale through November 2011 for only[$] and B&H covered the shipping.

Worked out of the box with windows machines. Still having trouble connecting to Macintosh as a WiFi printer. Might opt out to use a USB cable instead.
