Works as expected not to uncomfortable for adults but my kid can't wear for longer than 20 minutes without complaining and leaving the room which makes all these 3d disney movies useless until Optoma does something about it. As an Adult into 3d gaming and movies i can wear these for up to 4 hours before feeling like i need a half hour and the charge holds for ever overall good but need a smaller version for kids lighter batteries and lighter over all with comfort in mind rather than battery life for kids... button is a little hard to push and i can't figure out how to turn one pair off when my kid leaves the room so it just stays on ?!? I do like being able to walk up to the screen full right and full left with no distortion to the 3d image.

If I could give these zero stars I would. Beware these are very, very fragile glasses. So fragile in fact that two out of four pairs broke within 7 days of owning them and in less than three or four viewings! I mean, if they break within 7 days of ownership what chances do I have of these lasting longer especially with guests who won't handle them as delicately as I.

Basically there is a design fault with these. They are so fragile that opening them like regular glasses, or folding them away like regular glasses somehow will put stress on the LCD panels and they will crack. The only solution I've read is to keep them open all the time, but what good is that when you have kids or guests who won't remember to do that after every viewing.

If you do buy them get the warranty but unless you have a spare couple of sets sitting around (doubtful as they are so expensive) then expect to forgo any family movie nights for at least two weeks while they are being RMA'd or replaces (in fact my first pair looks like a 3 week turnaround so far - NOT GOOD!).

Avoid at all costs.

While the visual quality of these glasses are excellent unfortunately the build quality is terrible. I've seen better quality from the glasses you get at the theater. I had two pairs crack in less than a week of owning them and they wee only used maybe 3 times before they cracked while folding them up. If you do get them make sure you get the extra warranty (if it even covers screen breakage) as these will definitely not last the 90 days warranty included in the purchase.

Connected to a HD33. Quality of 3D is great. I ordered 3 and 2 make a buzzing noise from the battery area which is right next to your left ear. I called Optoma and they were not helpful. They said that was impossible. I have to RMA them and lose 3D ability for weeks. Buyer beware.
