Comments about Canon imageCLASS MF5950dw Black & White Laser Multifunction:
The printer would not pick up the paper from the main paper drawer. After about an hour on the phone with Canon, we found the problem. I figured out a way to make it work until Canon sent a new drawer. No problems now. It prints great, and the fax works great. I have not had to scan anything yet, but I'm sure it will do ok.

Comments about Canon imageCLASS MF5950dw Black & White Laser Multifunction:
Purchased for a small office that does a fair amount of printing when our previous MFP (of 7yrs) broke. Easy install & setup, espically with being able to log into the unit from a computer to set it up or change address book.
Main selling feature was the Scan-to-Email. However if you are going to purchase this note that this unit needs to route through an email client, either server or online, or this feature will not work.
The fax forwarding does not seem to work but it may be our server blocking the redirection.
Duplex (2-sided) printing is great but it is on by defaut when you install the drivers. Turn it off if you do not want to print that way all the time.
The secondary paper tray is a bit of a inconveince to use the way it is set up but if you don't use it much then it is fine.
If you plan on ever using Legal size paper set the Scan & Fax to legal by default or your tops & bottoms will be cut off. It will automaticly down size to letter so set to legal to be safe.
Note: Toner can cost a bit more then some printers.
Overall a very good MFP but still earily in its use so time will tell.

Comments about Canon imageCLASS MF5950dw Black & White Laser Multifunction:
I wanted a good all-in-one printer for the den to replace an HP all-in-one inkjet that got moved to the basement office. Installation and setup were easy after removing the substantial amounts of shipping tape and foam that protects the printer in shipment. I like the two sided printing feature and energy saving mode. Envelopes were easy to print.
