The Recon BN6 Thermal Binocular from ATN is constructed with two thermal imaging cameras making it a true thermal binocular. The wedding of thermal imagers with a binocular construction permits all the benefits of thermal image viewing coupled with the depth of field of a binocular's field of view. The BN10 comes with a 6.2° AOV. The ocular 5.5x magnification is combined with a 2x digital zoom affording a total maximum of 11.0 power. These two thermal cameras have a color 640 x 480 OLED display with a 640 Tau Core. It is made of rugged anodized aluminum with straight forward controls providing gain, brightness, mode, polarity, special function options and forced calibration as well as on demand calibration. It is usable as a hand-held or with a tripod.
