Fits the LX5 like a glove and offers easy on & off protection. When only using half the case while taking photos it provides addition grip to the camera's body, and is easily removed to access SD Card and battery.
Well thought out quality item, worth every penny!

Worth every penny as it fits the LX5 like a glove and offers excellent protection.
The 2 piece design allows you 100% protection when both pieces are on the camera, and when only the bottom half is on it provides extra grip + a tripod mount.
Quick and easy to take on and off to access batteries & SD card - well designed!

Got my wife an LX-5 for Christmas and added this case as part of the kit since she wants to be able to throw it in her purse and otherwise carry it around casually. Having a case made for the camera is so much better than a generic case... the perfect fit means it's smaller and the easy access design allows quick access for fast shooting. At first she was concerned about the price, but after getting it, is glad we did. Highly recommended.
